Our house is a 3-bedroom, 1-bath house with window unit ACs in every room (please note there is no central AC, but there are window units and ceiling fans). The house went through a complete reconstruction and everything including furniture is brand new. The location of the house is fabulous for beach lovers, as it sits right between Sanibel and FMB. Target and Walmart are 5 minutes away.

PLEASE NOTE: The cottage is separate from our house and living quarters. The bathroom is in the back of the main house, just a few steps from the cottage, private and not shared with anyone. We take special precautions to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bedroom and bathroom after each guest.
