Villa 1 is one of four impressive street facing villas spread across 3 levels which enjoy sneaky views to either Pigeon House Mountain or the ocean. Whilst Su-Jo is dog friendly, to cater to all guests this villa is strictly no pets allowed.

Unit 1 has direct unobstructed views of Sussex inlet river. Unit 1 is fully self contained cottage with a master bedroom and a second bedroom to accommodate a second couple or the kids. The second bedroom contains a single bed & a set of bunk beds. Bathroom, lounge, dinning and kitchen area. It opens out onto a large deck which flows onto the covered communal BBQ area and our private jetty. Our Property is 1 1/4 acres providing a safe, great play area for the children.
