In unserem Reihenhäuschen ist ein kleines Dachgeschosszimmer frei, welches wir vermieten. In ruhiger Umgebung, die S-Bahnstation aber in unmittelbarer Nähe, so dass du schnell im Trubel bist. Das Bad teilst Du Dir in der Regel mit einem weiteren Gast, falls das zweite Zimmer belegt ist. Im Zimmer besteht die Möglichkeit einen Kaffee oder Tee zuzubereiten. Du bist aber ebenso in meiner Küche willkommen, wo du dir etwas kochen kannst und du alles nutzen darfst.

Es handelt sich um ein separates Zimmer, welches ein komfortables Ambiente mit einer vollausgestatteten Küchenzeile und Duschbad bietet. Der Eingang ist durch den Garten, der auch benutzt werden kann. Die S-Bahn ist fussläufig in 7 Min. und der Bus in 2 Min. zu erreichen. In 30 Min. ist man in der Innenstadt und in 20 Min. am Flughafen. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.B. Alstereinkaufszentrum) sowie der Alsterwanderweg befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The room is approx. 35m² in size, has its own kitchen and bathroom and offers space for 2 adults and up to 2 children with a double bed and a sofa bed. The accommodation is in the basement and has a ceiling height of 2.09 m. Supermarkets and restaurants (5-10min) and public transport (bus 2min) are in the immediate vicinity. Public parking is usually available.

We live in Hamburg-Bramfeld and want to rent out our granny flat to nice guests via Airbnb. We are used to many visitors from home and abroad through our grown-up children and would like to welcome you as hosts in beautiful Hamburg. We have found great housing options ourselves via Airbnb and look forward to seeing you. Since we are a pure non-smoking household, we would also like to rent our apartment to non-smokers - but smoking outside is ok.

Ich vermiete meine kleine tolle 1 Zimmer Wohnung im schönen Stadtteil Winterhude. Der Stadtpark ist in 5min zu Fuss erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es sehr ruhig und anstatt Großstadtlärm hört man ehr das zwitschern von Vögeln. Wenn ihr früher Einchecken oder später Auschecken möchtet, fragt mich einfach. Ich freu mich auf eure Buchung!

Die S-Bahn-Station Hoheneichen ist in 5 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Von dort erreicht man in ca. einer halben Stunde die Innenstadt. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten sind an der Straße vorhanden.
