The condo offers views of both the bay & the Gulf from its 2 balconies. It is equipped w/ TVs in both living areas & all 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen inc a microwave, glass top stove, coffeemaker, air fryer, & blender for those necessary margaritas. The resort is one of Galveston's premier vacation properties.

The Back 40 is a private 40-acre cattle ranch located 15 minutes from Galveston Bay with private parking and a home gym. The Bunkhouse is a 716 Sq. Ft. guest studio apartment located on the property and sleeps 12, 1 bathroom, washer/dryer, fully functional kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, and coffee maker. Cozy barn apartment on a lovely small farm, secluded and quiet in the country. Located halfway between downtown Houston and the Galveston beaches, it's just a few minutes to lots of shopping and restaurants, with Kemah Boardwalk and Nasa Space Center a short drive away. Winding creek through the property, with chickens and two horses grazing in the pasture. Lots of sheep, pigs, and donkeys next door. Property has private swimming pool for your enjoyment.
