While boasting a full kitchen, no detail has been overlooked when it comes to utilizing all the available space in this tiny home. Sit back, relax, and log into your favorite streaming app on two 55” 4K TV’s, or rock your cares away on the porch in the peace and quiet as you enjoy the stars without all the cars!

Nestled on 50 acres located near the tail end of Tradinghouse Lake & across the road from Lake Mart. Our cozy little farm is a wonderful place to sit back, relax, & enjoy the country life. Say hello to our cows & donkey, roast marshmallows over a fire, cast a line in one of our ponds, or take a peaceful walk down to the big lake. It is the perfect destination for a weekend getaway or rest from your visit to Waco & the Silo District (25 min), Baylor University (20 min), or Waco Surf (10 min).

Blue Vista, lake view, hot tub, fenced yard

Nested on a bluff overlooking the lake, Blue Vista is a cheerful house with a relaxed personality. Enjoy the amazing view, fully-stocked kitchen, oversized jacuzzi, fire pit, and outdoor dining. Work remotely, go fishing, and finish each day watching the sunset from the ambient-lit hot tub. Blue Vista is a quiet retreat in a peaceful setting. With that in mind, we can not accommodate requests for those intending to host loud parties or crowds. Pet fee of $100 per booking. Dogs only please.

Country Hide Away sleeps 5

Get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and relax on the old family farm. The little pampered mobile home is not fancy but it's oh so peaceful in the quiet country. Drive past the host's house a bit down a maintained gravel road and you're there! Around the pond you'll find a peaceful sitting area under our pergola, a covered pier with a fan to keep it breezy, and a fishing pier to enjoy some catch and release fishing! Plus you'll have your own campfire sites complete with firewood!

Welcome to our quiet getaway home in the country! Nestled behind trees and a pond is a private spectacular view of 10 acres. A simple cozy decor makes you feel peacefully right at home. Enjoy fresh coffee in the morning on the porch, take a dip in the hot tub, relax by the fire pit and watch the sunset or stay in for a movie night on the extra large, leather pottery barn couch! With Texas A&M only 25 min. away, you don’t feel far from the best the country and the city life has to offer.

With nature at its finest you can watch deer, squirrels, all kinds of birds and maybe a few other species if you keep a look out. Can you imagine seeing these animals and/or a lake view sunset with a glass of wine while sitting in the hot tub. Neighbors are hidden by the woods and you can take short walks with trails, hills and creeks.

Need more room? Reserve "The Barndominium" as well for a shared stay with friends or family. Both are located on the hub of our working ranch alongside our workshop. Enjoy peaceful scenery, breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, or take time to explore the ranch around you.

Red Farmhouse on 17 acres~20 min to Waco &Magnolia

Decorated by a licensed architect, this is a cozy two bed two bath farmhouse on 16+ acres. Enjoy the calm and seclusion of country life while being only twenty minutes away from conveniences of Waco. Pets are welcomed, please add them to your reservation. For events and design inquiries please contact us. This farmhouse has a full kitchen, an outdoor fire pit and BBQ. The lot has two ponds with fish ~ catch and release ~

Relaxed 1 bed 1 bath cottage with room to roam.

This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath 880 square foot home with a twin bed and couch to sleep on as well. It is a house inside of a shop so there is covered parking, places to cook outside, relax with awesome country views in the mornings and evenings. It is out in the country and on the same property as our house but peaceful it is. Sleeps four with room to run. Horses and cows are all around to look at as well.
