Cozy 200 sq ft studio-style guesthouse. 10 min walk to light rail station (easy access to downtown, stadiums, and airport). 5 min walk to restaurants and breweries. Keyless 24hr self check-in, coffee machine, Smart TV, & high speed Wi-Fi. The bed pulls out from the sofa to give more space during the day. It's a custom bed with proper mattresses, rather than a traditional sofa-bed with a thin folded mattress. A fold down table provides enough space for two people to eat or one person to work.

The cabin has been newly upgraded and will be your secluded retreat about 30 feet behind the main house with a separate entrance and covered parking space. Enjoy your retreat with a full kitchen, and countertop island. The cabin has one bedroom, one sofa bed and sleeps up to 3 people. Wake up with birding chirping, surround yourself with trees, and enjoy a freshly made cup of espresso. Located in a safe, quiet, and green neighborhood, but you are not far from the heart of Seattle.

Cozy 1 bd - Downtown Bothell and UW Bothell

This is a remodeled cozy 1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit in a duplex. Located in Downtown Bothell, you will be a short walk away from the numerous restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops. The University of Washington Bothell and Cascadia College campuses are just a 10 minute walk, as is the Sammamish River/Burke-Gilman Trail. A 10 minute car ride puts you in the middle of Woodinville Wine Country; Lynnwood and Bellevue are at 20 minutes, and Downtown Seattle is a half-hour away.

Welcome to your home away from home! You'll have the entire guest suite to yourself. It is located in the lower level of our home with a private entrance through our beautiful backyard. Enjoy your favorite shows in the theater room and the kitchenette equipped with a hot plate, microwave, and minifridge. We just had our little one last year. While we strive to maintain peace, you might hear the joyful sounds of baby giggles or soft footsteps now and then during the day.
