There is also a conservatory which can be opened up into the garden which is south facing and views onto the Downs a short walk away. There is space for 2 cars in the drive and others right outside in the close. The kingsize room is ensuite with the double having its own bathroom across the hall. Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.

The Old Parlour at Norton Farm is a small bungalow with wheelchair access situated in a hamlet called Norton, East Sussex. We are nicely tucked away from the busy world whilst still being close enough to the shops and seaside, which are about 2 miles away. Norton is conveniently situated for Walkers who want to explore the South Downs. We are roughly a 2 mile walk via footpaths to the South Downs Way.

We are in a lovely friendly area in West Hove/Hangleton just 10 minutes drive to Hove seafront which has great beach and restaurants. The area has numerous walks to enjoy from the doorstep, two excellent pubs within walking distance and it's only a 30 minute drive to the coast.
