Originally forestry workers' cottages, this is the end of four and faces the open fields and the ancient Swanton Great Wood. Peaceful, quiet, relaxing, out of the way, it's at the end of a very quiet lane in Swanton Novers with no traffic, just the odd dog walker or bird watcher passing the house. Beautiful three bedroom barn conversion.

Harold’s Barn opened in May 2022. It is located in the former farmyard in Briningham and was once a potato barn! Harold's Barn sleeps six in three ensuite bedrooms. One downstairs and two upstairs. The barn has been restored sympathetically and while retaining lots of it's original features on the outside it has a modern and very spacious feel on the inside. The barn has amazing views across the valley, a private garden and private, plentiful, off road parking.

Showman's Wagon in Cottage Garden

Romantic 'gypsy' style showman's wagon (c. 1920) in idyllic cottage garden with wonderful birdsong and views of a medieval church. It was recently renovated with electricity, basic kitchen and has use of a private bathroom attached to the cottage as well as a piece of garden with outside seating and fire bowl. The Wagon is available in the summer months only - from Easter to mid September.
