A Bed for the Night

Enjoy easy access to popular shops and restaurants from this charming place to stay. My place is very close to shops and popular eateries, but more important, to excellent public transport. I am within walking distance of Princess Alexandra Hospital, one of Brisbane's biggest hospitals, and a short bus ride from the Mater Hospital. There is a gym nearby, plus local dental and medical facilities. No meals are provided. Dutton Park railway station is the nearest to my place, about a 15 minute walk

Private King Room in Modern Townhouse

Private king room in modern townhouse in Murrumba Downs. Room features comfy king bed, full length mirrors, fan and some wardrobe space. House is double story and bedroom is on the upper level (as is ours). Guests also have their own private bathroom and toilet (not ensuite). We're a family of 3 in a friendly neighbourhood. Sometimes there is the odd neighbourhood kid here or friend that has come over to say hi. Let me know prior to stay if this is an issue and I'll make sure they stay home :)

Your space has a separate entry at the the front-we live at the rear, is self contained with its own bathroom and cooking facility, queen bed and wrap-around veranda.

Our home is a modern double story residence. As our Airbnb guests, you will have exclusive use of our facilities as we only rent out 1 bedroom. We are located in a quiet neighbourhood, but close to both Rail and Bus. We are 5 minutes walk to shops, supermarkets and bars, and 5 mins drive to Bulimba which has many casual restaurants and bars. Just a 10 minute walk to Morningside village which has shops, bars and restaurants. We are 15 mins drive from airport and 20 mins to the city by train.

Our home is a 3-bedroom home, based in a hilly suburb. Your breezy room has a king single bed, fan, air conditioning, hanging space and desk and chair. It is clean and cool. A pizza restaurant is at the bottom of our street. A 5-min drive to Prince Charles Hospital, a 30-minute bus-ride into the city, or a 20-minute drive to the Brisbane airport. We are near to bus stops and a 15-minute walk to Stafford City Shopping Centre. We are a relaxed and friendly couple.

The guest house is a fully self contained studio room under our family Queenslander house. You will have the studio room all by yourself. It has everything you need from a short stay to a long term stay, whether you work, study or just leisure travel. It’s conveniently located in the heart of Hamilton! Disclaimer: there will be some noise coming from upstairs through the wooden ceiling: in the morning between 6:30-8:30am and afternoon evening 3-9:30pm.
