From the comfort of the back verandah you will enjoy views of the olive grove & beyond the lawns to paddocks with sheep and lambs. Our recently renovated cottage loves the environment & uses rainwater, solar power & vintage European furniture.

More than just a place to stay — Mittagong Talia is a 54-acre secluded bush escape beside Reedy Creek in Chiltern-Mt Pilot National Park 30mins from Beechworth, designed to help you switch off and unwind. Due to the natural bush setting, creek, uneven terrain and wood fire, it's not suitable for children under 12.

Bushies Love Shack

Welcome to Bushies Love Shack. The naming of the love shack came about upon purchasing the property some 8 years ago. Fay's father, at the time 90 years of age, and his girlfriend, 91 years of age, automatically named it the Love Shack as they envisaged, once renovated, them sitting in bed, playing cards and taking in the view and so the name stuck. In keeping with the name, we have created a luxurious, romantic space for two.
