Welcome! This Aggieland home is affectionately called “The Garden House,” and we are delighted to share it with you! This warm & welcoming space is freshly renovated and ready to host guests traveling to College Station/Bryan! It is conveniently located 1.5 miles from TAMU - Kyle Field and a close drive to other popular spots in town, including grocery stores and restaurants. Pets are allowed. However, please ensure they are accounted for in your booking and all pet rules are strictly abided by.

Relax in a brand new "Mid Century Modern" townhome located in the Historical Downtown Bryan & in walking distance to Ronin, Black Water Draw, RX Pizza, the Village, Cilantro & many more Restaurants. Master bedroom has a king sized bed & each room has 58 plus Smart TV.. Log into your personal streaming account or use our Hulu, Disney or ESPN, as a courtesy. Relax in private backyard with a beautiful view or cook in the beautiful kitchen which includes a Keurig coffee maker with pods & creamers.

Bluebonnet Station - 2 Beds & 2 Baths close to A&M

This two bedroom, 2 bath townhouse is located in a quiet neighborhood 5 minutes away from Texas A&M. The stylish space includes 2 completely renovated bathrooms, fast wifi, a fully appointed kitchen, and a private outdoor space with a pergola and charcoal grill. The two private bedrooms feature brand new, comfortable mattresses and bedding, and one bedroom includes a desk for remote work. 50 Yard Line

The 50 Yard Line is called such as it halfway between everything College Station has to offer...at one end zone is the campus, at the other end zone is the grocery store & several restaurants. Less than 2 miles from Kyle Field, the 50 Yard Line is close to all landmarks in Aggieland. A quiet, clean & newly renovated condo owned by an Aggie family with 3 daughters at A&M, this "home away from home" is created with intentness to detail, attention to amenities & a flair for the Aggie tradition.

Garden Suite

The Garden Suite is centrally located in the BCS metroplex close to Texas A&M Campus and near lots of restaurants / bars / grocery stores / highway 6. The suite is part of the detached garage that has a private entrance through the backyard. Guests are asked to park on the street. We are pet friendly but charge an additonal $10 per pet per day if guests bring a pet. The extra charges will be added once your reservation has been confirmed and informed us that you are bringing a pet.

Kick the boots off and relax in this calm, stylish space. Next door to Birch Creek Park & Lake Somerville. Sit on the pier for fishing or watch the deer. Outdoor features include a firepit, patio with plenty of seating, BBQ pit, & a pond right up to the property. Interior finishes include two Queen Tempur-Pedic mattresses, a modern kitchen, Netflix on tv, two full baths, laundry, & plenty of room to stretch for games and relaxation. 30 minutes from College Station or Brenham.

Custom built tiny house perfect for romantic getaways, out of town relatives visiting family, and vacations! The house is located right off Highway 36, and is only 25 miles from College Station, 10 miles from Lake Somerville, 35 miles from Round Top and close to several local wineries. Plenty of room to park your boat after a day of fishing or water sports at Lake Somerville. This is a Tiny House but we remain Dog Friendly. We have a $50 per Dog fee per stay.

Howdy! Welcome to "The Other Cozzy Home in Aggieland" (Permit Number: STR2024-000055), located only a few minutes away from Texas A&M University. This is a 2 bed/1 bath duplex with plenty of room for your comfort stay and gathering. Guests can enjoy the fenced backyard for pre-game and after game celebrations!; walking distance to Southwood Athletic park, shopping, and restaurants, proximity to Northgate, downtown Bryan, and Lake Bryan.

Entire Home - 3 bedrooms - Pet friendly

Beautifully renovated home 10 mins (4.1 miles) from TAMU, right next to Blinn College, and 6 mins. (2.6 miles) from Historic Downtown Bryan. Veterans and Central Park (6-8min) Large Fenced Back Yard - Pet Friendly. Driveway parking for 4 vehicles. Extended stays are available. The Zone is a newly renovated second floor apartment just blocks from the Texas A&M Campus. It is so close you can see Kyle Field from the sidewalk out front. Sleeping arrangements include the most comfortable King bed and a twin-size murphy bed. This transitioning neighborhood is a colorful blend of Bryan community and Aggies. You won't find a more convenient location in the center of everything Bryan/College Station.
