You're tucked away on a quiet residential street near a park & playground but are just a 10-minute walk to downtown and a 5-minute walk to the lakefront and a gorgeous shoreline bike path.

Your hosts have five years of experience as superhosts in another bedroom on the premises and are excited to welcome you to this newly renovated space.

Our property in Vermont is a slice of heaven: Set between Burlington & Stowe, 10 minutes off the main highway I-89, with quick access to the main spots in Vermont, but tucked down a dirt road with nothing but the sounds of the stream. On our property we built The Tuckaway Suite, an entirely private guest suite above our garage. Brand New Cottage Near Burlington Park & Beaches -

This home situated across from Ethan Allen Park is just a short walk, bike ride, or drive to the North Ave beaches. Designed in keeping with the 1930's bungalow aesthetic of the main house, the cottage sleeps up to 4 with a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and queen-sized pullout sofa in the living room. Skylights brighten the lofty interiors. The cottage is well insulated and features centrally ducted heat and A/C, providing excellent climate control to suit your comfort preferences.

La Petite Suite

La Petite Suite is a cozy boutique hotel room alternative in a quiet residential Burlington neighborhood only 2 miles from downtown. The beautifully decorated suite was built in 2024 and is attached to a single-family home. The New North End neighborhood is quiet, safe, and a short drive to local colleges and all that the area has to offer. Our street dead-ends at the bike path and Lake Champlain. You will also have access to our private neighborhood beach during the warmer months.

Vintage Lake Side Apartment with Free Parking!

Obsessed with vintage? We are too! Stay right above one of Burlington's best vintage clothing shops in a 1960s inspired apartment. Not only is this place delightfully decorated but it is in the best area Burlington has to offer! You'll have a small view of Lake Champlain and a short walk to all the best restaurants and shops that Burlington has to offer. If exploring the outdoors is your thing we are steps away from Burlingtons bike path and walking distance to many bike rentals.

Sauna, Cold Plunge, Hot Tub, Paddle Boards, Bikes

*Burlington’s 1st Spa + Stay. Recently renovated and upgraded! We added a sauna, a cold plunge, upgraded bicycles, enlarged the courtyard, added an exercise/yoga room, robes and sandals, an espresso machine… the list goes on! New photos were just added! We still have a king bed, a queen bed, and the two twins that make up the Dream Sofa in the living room. Pets are still welcome! We have new stuff for kids too! We’re right near the beach and bike path!

Downtown Apartment! This excellent location offers walkability to the Waterfront and Church St! The apartment is newly appointed and has all that you will need for your visit to our beautiful little city. The loft style bedroom has a queen bed and sitting area. The skylights add sunshine and star gazing (No blackout shades) The kitchen and bathroom are roomy and sparkling clean. Overnight parking for one car and a back porch add to the charm.

The Garden Studio

Nestled in Burlington's Hill Section, The Garden Studio offers comfort and elegance to guests who will enjoy the king bed and stone fireplace. The mini kitchen area has a view of the courtyard with its seasonal fountain, flowers and bird feeders. You will enjoy the central location with walkable access to Burlington's famed Church Street Marketplace, the vibrant South End Arts District as well as the University and Lake Champlain.

The loft is surrounded by woods in a quaint, picturesque, rural part of Northwestern Vermont close to Burlington and Mad River Glen. We are 25 mins to Mad River Glen, Bolton Valley and Burlington (Lake Champlain beaches) and 10 mins to Sleepy Hollow Ski and Bike Center, Camel's Hump Nordic Ski Area, Frost Brewery and Stone Corral. Enjoy complete privacy and peaceful surroundings of nature with the full amenities of a home.
