The form, colour and materiality nestles the dwelling sensitively into the deep green bush terrain and a generous courtyard defined by carefully crafted limestone walls which seamlessly connect inside and outside while also providing privacy and shelter. The studio is everything you could imagine for the perfect down south getaway . All the modern appliances to make you feel at home with nice and cozy beds excellent quality linen and specially chosen furniture throughout . A short walk to the beach and bush tracks , local cafes , bar & bistro the general store you can't go wrong. The home's close proximity to the coast makes it easy to head to the ocean. Spend the day finding fun surfing spots and sunbathing on the beach. Play a round on the local golf course. And tour the breweries and wineries nearby. Literally everything you could desire on your door step. Easy and safe to walk to the beach with access to footpaths and nature walks out the front of the house .

Brides Chalet is a secluded, peaceful, rammed earth property situated in a forest environment immediately adjacent the Leeuwin-Naturalist National Park and only a 2km walk away from the stunning Boranup Karri Forest. Nearby Caves Road leads to many local attractions including Mammoth and Lake Caves, wineries and Redgate and Conto beaches for surfing and fishing. Further on towards the Township of Augusta is Hamelin Bay, a beautiful beach more suitable for young children and family outings.

The second bedroom offers a king bed (which can be split into two singles on request) and en suite bathroom. NO LEAVERS
