The newly built Chickadee allows you to experience upscale tiny living within a stones throw of some popular local attractions. While we feel the Chickadee offers plenty of privacy from the inside you should make note that it is located in the middle of a neighborhood setting and the landscaping is still being worked on though won't be disruptive to your stay. Just under a mile from downtown Gorham 20 minutes to Portland Ski, swim, shop, eat, leaf peep, hike, the activities nearby are endless

The cabin boasts private access to a 211-acre quiet body of water w/ a dock, along with kayaks, paddle boards, floats, seating and tables and more! The large yard offers two fire pits, yard games, outdoor dining and cooking. The cabin offers an enclosed porch, indoor dining, a full kitchen, a workspace with free Wi-Fi, and comfortable beds and is nestled in on a small private road.

Beautiful views of the lake from each room, w/full kitchen, laundry, 3 TVs. As our guest, you will have access to a private boat launch. In the winter snowmobile, snowshoe, ice skates, or cross-country ski on the frozen lake.

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. Many local hiking trails including trails right here at our farm. Portland boasts of the finest restaurants in the state.
