This Loft is a well appointed apt w king size bed, spacious dressing area, AC, WiFi & TV. A full bath en suite, kitchenette & cozy dinning table, with a pvt romantic terrace . Steps from the heated spa, infinity pool , outdoor shower, picnic & grill, fire pit, & outdoor dinning & lounge areas. With great views!

Jewel of the South just steps from the sea

Joyita del Sur (Jewel of the South) is a private casita just steps away from a gorgeous beach on the Sea of Cortez. Watch both the sunset and sunrise from the beach! Q bed with foam mattress and soft linens. A/C and ceiling fans in both bedroom and kitchen. Ample closet space with shelves/hangers. Kitchen has stove, frig, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and all utensils. 20 minute drive to town on a rough road so a rental car is suggested. 2024 4-seater for rent, see “other” photos.

Casa Dos Palmas with A/C

One bedroom house with king bed and two roll-away beds available upon request -for a fee-, insert # of guests for rates. There is an electric coffee maker, large refrigerator and all basic necessities in the kitchen. Enjoy sunrises from the view deck and unwind in the rocking chairs. Beach chairs, umbrella and towels are provided. Unit not set up for children under 10 years old. Night rate is for 2 guests. Only one A/C can be ON at a time, and it can be on for a maximum of 16 hours per day.

Peaceful, Private Garden Casita

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

The Pelican Palace with A/C

Off-the-grid and solar powered, thatched roof studio bungalow with view deck, ( limited A/C) and Starlink internet. Dive shops, restaurants and the beach are within 5 minutes walking distance. Free parking is 2 blocks away from the house. Unit not set up for children under 10 years old. There is a faucet mounted drinking water filter. The unit sits in the same lot as the shark shack and surf hut, is located near a restaurant and dive shop and has potential for some generator noise.

Casa Marino - Quiet - Entire house - 2-5 Guests

Casa Marino is a house with several porches & terraces, sleeping 4 people comfortably, with enough space for 5 people if needed. The ground floor features a full kitchen, living area, a queen bed separated by a pony wall, a pull-out sofa, and a spacious bathroom. The first floor is reached by an external staircase, and features a terrace, and a bedroom with twin beds and a second bathroom. The terrace is protected from the winds, and has a great view out to sea and the mountains.

Casa Pájaros - Entire Upper Unit

Enjoy peace and serenity in this beautiful self-contained upper floor unit. Expansive open floor plan, including large kitchen, dining area, curtained bedroom area (queen bed), large living area and enclosed bathroom with tile shower. The casa is located on a large property, isolated from neighbors, right in Cabo Pulmo. There is a large balcony (ocean view) for dining in the front and a small balcony (mountain view) in the back. 10 minute walk to the ocean. High Speed Internet.
