The whole family will love this this bright, clean and comfortable 4 bedroom "home away from home". It is located in a quiet cul de sac and is just a short walk or drive from Champion Lakes with walking/cycling trails, playgrounds, swimming and a regatta centre. Perfect for visiting family, Christmas shopping, regatta competitions, weddings and business trips. This home has ample undercover parking and is just a short hop to Tonkin Hwy which will take you to Perth CBD in under 30 minutes.

Escape to our cozy studio, a quiet hideaway set among the hills. Accessed via a gravel road, you will be surrounded by native trees and wildlife. With no WI-FI this retreat offers a genuine chance to slow down, switch off, and reconnect with nature. The retreat is located 50 minutes from Perth Airport. We live in the adjoining house on the property, so help is nearby if needed, while your accommodation remains private and self-contained. There is still 5G reception available at the suite.

Umatah means "you matter". Umatah to us, Umatah to yourself, Umatah to those around you and Umatah to the environment. Umatah is part of the original State Brick Works that was closed down in the 1940’s after their excavations hit an underground spring. The property runs on organic principles and has a mango orchard, apiary, vegetable wicking beds plus various other fruit and nut trees. There is a large waterhole, landscaped gardens and endless native bushland.

It best suits those with their own transport. Public transport is a short walk away for access to Perth and Kalamunda and a supermarket is a ten minute walk away.
