La ubicación es muy céntrica, a 5 minutos del aeropuerto y centro comercial FAN Mallorca, a 10 minutos del centro de palma en coche y caminando a 5 minutos de la playa de Ciudad Jardín, siguiendo por el paseo del molinar y a unos 30 minutos de la catedral dando un paseo. Buenos accesos a la autopista y a distintos servicios. NO SE ADMITEN NIÑOS NI MASCOTAS.
