At the first floor,it's composed by a private entrance,a wide living area,3 bedrooms (max 6 guests) and 2 bathrooms (complete) and a big balcony.The kitchen is equipped by fridge,dishware,oven coffee and electric kettle. Furthermore, the apartment has a washing machine,Smart TV,Wi-Fi, iron,dryer. Each room is equipped with air conditioning. It's possible to add a crib for a baby. N.1 free and private parking next to the building. No pets allowed.

Adult guests must provide pictures of their government IDs due to italy's laws on short term rentals. A refundable 200 Euro Deposit will be collected returned prior to checking out if all is well.
