Southern Charm Cottage with Screened Porch & Golf Cart

Embrace the chic new aesthetic of this redesigned residence. Inlet Retreat has 3 charming bedrooms with a central common area great for gathering. The master bedroom has an en-suite with a separate shower and tub area and a walk in closet. The remaining 2 bedrooms share a bath with the coolest barn door style shower door. Three outdoor areas- a front screened porch, a private master screened porch overlooking the backyard and an attached and open backyard deck with propane grill for cooking outside and outdoor seating with umbrella shade for four- offer private areas if desired or another gathering spot for guests. Please text with any questions you may have. I live in the area and am available as needed. Inlet Retreat is located in a casual neighborhood that offers privacy with its 1/2 acre lot. The property is a quick golf cart ride to restaurants, bars, and shopping at the popular Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk. It is a short drive to the nearest beach with public access and parking and the many expansive golf courses along the Grand Strand of South Carolina Golf cart transportation is fun within the neighborhood and the Marsh Walk. We recommend car transportation to other attractions. Uber is readily available.

A beautiful waterfront apartment overlooking Huntington Beach State Park. It is located in the natural serene part of Murrells Inlet. The attached apartment is the entire top level of our home, a private entrance. It has a bedroom with one queen bed, full kitchen, living room, and bathroom w/shower. From the living room, kitchen, and common space there is also, a queen bed. Enjoy the most spectacular views the Inlet has to offer. Enjoy your coffee while watching the glorious seaward sunrise.

163 Heron Marsh #64 is a condo located in the Heron Marsh area of the Litchfield by the Sea Resort. It's right beside the beach access and is a very short walk to the ocean. It has two full bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a bonus room off the master set up as a children's room. The resort includes a pool, tennis courts, fishing, crabbing, and is great for biking. It is located in the quiet coastal town of Pawley's Island, but is within an easy drive of the attractions in Myrtle Beach.

We are on the Waterfront, also the natural part of Murrells Inlet. We have beautiful sunrises and views of the Inlet from our patio and backyard. The Waccamaw Neck Bikeway, which is part of the East Coast Greenway, runs in front of our home. (Bring your bicycle) Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens 1 mile South of us. The Marsh Walk is 2 miles to the North. Grahams Landing Restaurant is one lot over from us, within walking distance. Southern Hops is across the street.

Welcome to Pawleys Paradise. You will love our quiet coastal cottage on a cul-de-sac street that backs up to the Marsh. Enjoy morning coffee or evening wine on the huge screened in porch. After a long day at the beach it is great to have 3 full bathrooms, (with a tankless water heater) so everyone gets a hot shower to head out to one of the great restaurants in the area. Start up some s’mores in the fire pit. Fishermen bring your boats! Plenty of private parking in driveway.

Newly remodeled spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath house located in the classic Litchfield Country Club, just 5 minutes from Litchfield beach. The house includes a large kitchen that has everything you would need to cook a family meal. There is an enormous 2 car garage with a washer and dryer. Also included is 4 beach bike cruisers which can be used to ride to Litchfield beach. The beds are new and comfortable. Restaurants, golf, and grocery stores are close by.

My condo is on the top floor which gives you a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom and living room with cathedral ceilings have a wall of glass giving you a spectacular view of the sunrise over the ocean. The living area has sliding doors to the balcony overlooking the ocean. The master bedroom has a tempurpedic queen bed. The guest room has a queen bed and a bunkbed for children. The kitchen is well supplied.
