Just 35 minutes from Iowa City and 40 from the Quad Cities, with nothing but birdsong in between.

Great room for a kid. Please Note: The roof line is not insulated so the room is normally only available in spring and fall when temperatures are comfortable. No AC unit in room, fan available.
