The home has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath with private exterior staircase on the left side of the home. The area boasts shopping, public boat ramps, and Emerald Isle beach access just a few miles away.

This cozy cottage with amazing reading retreat is perfect for the adventurer at heart. Waterfront with 2 kayaks and a small boat with oars (trolling motor and battery for rent). 3 miles to the Beach. Fish for flounder, drum, crabs, etc from the backyard. Use the kayak or boat to explore a sand bar or just float around the Marsh. The View is amazing! Steps from the water. The home is on a Busy Road but once you enter the sunroom you feel like you are in paradise. There will be some road noise.

Captains Quarters

Relax and unwind with your family in the small quaint town of Peletier. Just a few minutes away from Emerald Isle. Captains Quarters is tucked away at the end of a cul de sac in a rather quiet neighborhood. The home is just minutes away from Emerald Isle, Historic Swansboro, and Carteret County Speedway. Captains Quarters has a community dock and boat launch (1/4 mile away). Smaller boats and/or boats with minimal draft will have no navigational issues.

The Shack at Cedar Point

If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing stay with beautiful views of the ICW, come stay at The Shack. Sit on the porch with your coffee and enjoy the beautiful sunrise. Sit on the pier and enjoy the salt air. Enjoy paddling kayaks through the waters, take a bike ride a short distance to restaurants, bars and/or shopping.
