Zadnje dvorište je opuštajući san ispunjen nevjerovatnim pejzažom, uključujući hrast, puder puf, magnoliju i tabulija drveće.

Nalazi se u Rio Visti, koja ima sopstveni ograđeni park od 3 hektara na rijeci Rejnbou! U parku se nalaze kupatila, paviljoni, roštilji i pristanište za čamce – ZATO PONESITE SVOJ ČAMAC! Opustite se uz rijeku u privatnom parku gdje možete da pecate i plivate. Park je udaljen pet minuta hoda (dva bloka) od smještaja. Gosti mogu besplatno da koriste kajake i daske za veslanje. Mogu se prevesti golf vozilom koje ima kuku i prikolicu za kajak. Ako vaše vozilo ima kuku, možda ćete moći da je koristite za druge destinacije u okolini.

Malo ograđeno dvorište za kućne ljubimce (potrebna je naknada za kućne ljubimce).

This perfect St Johns River house has a dock and boat slip on the river, then also has an additional dock with boat parking on the canal on the other side of the house. A nice deck with a jacuzzi that you can relax in next to the river. Enjoy the sunset or go fishing right off the dock. Bring your boat and take a ride to Silver Glen Springs. Beaches and Daytona speedway are a 40 minute drive. Disney, Universal, and Sea World are just over an hour away.

This property has direct access to multiple lakes prime for bass fishing. Bring your boat and launch from the private community boat ramp or public ramp and dock up at our dock house. We are located one mile from downtown Inverness and its shops, restaurants, parks, and bike trails.
