An annexed mini-home with private entrance accessed from our courtyard. A stylish, comfortable stay, in a village location and 10 mins from Borth Ynyslas Beach. It's an eco option as we carbon offset all stays with a tree planted per night, per guest, through our Ecologi partnership. Our village is in the Dyfi Estuary, woods behind the house, a community woods down the lane, and views to Borth and Cardigan Bay. Accessed by public transport, trains to Machynlleth and Aberystwyth, and buses.

There is ample free parking and a private patio outside the room with table and chairs - perfect for watching the sunset. Very peaceful, yet 15 mins from the towns of Cardigan and Newcastle Emlyn. Great for walking, cycling, horse riding, wild swimming. 20min drive to Aberystwyth for castle, pier, beaches, bars, excellent restaurants, Museum and Arts Centre.

Ffynnon Dawel (quiet spring) - an idyllic hideaway

Set in a beautiful south facing valley, Ffynnon Dawel is a lovely old fashioned stone built semi detached cottage, with beamed fireplaces, stone floors and wooden ceilings. With shared access to 4 acres of gardens and woodland, and a stream running through adjoining bluebell woods. We live in the cottage next door, and are 10 mins walk to a friendly pub, an easy 3 miles to Cardigan riverside market town and less than 15 minutes drive to beautiful sandy beaches.
