Appartement climatisée de 60 m2 à l’agencement haut de gamme dans l’hyper centre de Paris quartier historique de Montorgueil, célèbre pour ses commerces de bouches, ses petits bistrots et restos. L’appartement se situe au 1 er étage d’un immeuble dans une rue très calme. Il a été refait à neuf en 2023 par une célèbre architecte et donc très bien agencé avec des équipements de très haut standing. Eiffel Tower Majestic View ! Newly Refurbished Gem

Fully renovated and refurbished 2-bedroom with the most amazing view of the Eiffel Tower: wake up to the breathtaking sight of the Eiffel Tower from each bed. Each bedroom has A/C. The large French windows and the balcony make the experience even more memorable. The unit is located 10 min walk from the Eiffel Tower and 4 min walk from Metro stations. The building is safe, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. High speed broadband and NETFLIX available.

Une suite parentale avec une chambre ( lit 160-190) , dressing , salle de bain , WC. Un salon-salle à manger avec un canapé lit ( 160-190). Cuisine toute équipée. Nombreux restaurants et commerces à proximités. Emplacement très central avec stations de métro , Bus et RER proches.

Beautiful flat view Eiffel Tower

Logement proche de Musée d'Orsay, Musée du quai Branly, Tour Eiffel, Invalides, Grand Palais, Petit Palais, Champs Elysées, Avenue Georges V, Avenue Montaigne, Musée Rodin, Saint Germain des Prés, Montparnasse, Bateaux Mouches, grandes tables. Vous apprécierez mon logement pour la vue, l'emplacement, l'ambiance, nombreux traiteurs dans la rue et alentours, stations de métros et bus. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les voyageurs d'affaires.

Ideal for a wonderful stay in Paris (business or tourism), less than 3 minutes away from the Eiffel Tower, this is an independent flat, fully refurbished for 2, 3 or 4 people with 2 rooms and a bathroom. Quiet place, on the ground floor with a view on the building’s garden, trendy smart and modern decoration, ideal central location, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Just in front of the Champ de Mars gardens, minutes away from some of Paris’ greatest museums.

Appartement lumineux et agréable, vue direct sur la Tour Eiffel. Une chambre double, 57 m2, idéal pour un couple (pièce du fond non accessible car réservée à un usage privée). Situé au 3eme étage avec ascenseur. Quartier avec nombreux restaurants autour et métro à 5 minutes. Piano Yamaha de très bonne qualité. Je serai heureuse de proposer mon appartement à des personnes qui en serons respectueuses. Mon appartement n’est pas un hôtel, c’est un lieu habité et vivant.

Direct view Eiffel Tower for 2/4 !

INFORMATION: IMPORTANT: Enter on January 1, 2026 and onAugust 1 2026 there will be a roof renovation; no work between 5 p.m. and 8 am in the morning but during the day there may be noise due to the work and there will be scaffolding on the building which will no impede view and light; i have reduce the rental price by 40% to take this work into account 100 m from the Eiffel Tower , High speed internet, 6th floor , direct view on Eiffel Tower ...
