Built 20 meters into a hillside, the villa naturally harnesses air circulation, drawing in fresh Aegean breezes through large openings at the back of the structure. This architectural technique helps maintain a consistently cool indoor temperature throughout the day. Complemented by a green roof, this design significantly reduces the need for air conditioning, keeping the interior 5-6°C cooler than a conventional house. Additionally, the villa’s thoughtful layout enhances the feeling of absolute seclusion, making you feel completely immersed in nature. Many of the materials used in the villa's construction have been sourced directly from the land itself, including locally quarried stone and native flora, along with high-quality natural elements such as marble and wood. Kick back in the cream Acapulco rocking chair before whipping up a snack in the chic gray kitchen. The house is on the ground floor and it is appropriate for couples and families. The inside is properly arranged with a fully operational kitchen, a living room with a dining table, and 1 bedroom and one private bathroom. It is also equipped with all the necessary utensils, amenities and many more. The apartment is located on the ground floor. We will wait for you at the house upon your arrival to welcome you, show you the house and give you the keys. Furthermore we will provide you a city map, suggest you nice places to visit and things to do. During your vacations we will be always available in case you need help with anything. Calm, tranquil Chalepa has a rich history, with beautiful old neoclassical mansions and is considered the most aristocratic quarter of Chania. Just minutes from the house, there is a small rocky beach that looks and feels like a swimming pool. There is a bus stop nearby, only 2 blocks away, that services the Sodi and Chalepa buses, both of which come and go downtown. Very close to this bus stop there is a taxi station. Otherwise, you can always come by car. There are plenty of free parking spots available just out of the apartment. For reservations over 10 nights we provide to our guests one extra cleaning and linens change of the apartment free of charge Calm, tranquil Halepa has a rich history, with beautiful old neoclassical mansions and is considered the most aristocratic quarter of Chania. In about 16 km. from the city of Chania-Crete, there is a fully equiped appartment (A/C, TV, Wi-Fi, central heating),available all year, with 1 bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with sitting room with sofa-bed for an extra person. It has a wonderfull view to the "white mountains"(Omalos) and is only 7 km from the beach Platanias and Stalos.The beach of Platanias is a large sandy (URL HIDDEN) is organised all along its length, with sun loungers and umbrellas.Stalos beach is also a very long and sandy beach with a tourist-aimed waterfront. In fact, Stalos beach extends for so long that if you prefer some tranquility, there are areas that don't get so crowded.If you want to explore the whole island i would recommend to rent a car.The apartment is located in a very quiet area so if you need a quite place close to nature in a friendly enviroment we are sure you 'll come to the right place!!!If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact me.

"Rayon De Soleil" is an independent apartment for rent, on the 2nd floor. It can host up to 4 people. Evie's Room facing East, has a double bed, interior bathroom with shower,balcony. Mario's Room, facing west, has 2 single beds ,exterior bathroom with bathtub. It.s available a fully equipped kitchen,small living room,a balcony and a big equipped veranda. On the 1st floor is a big common salon and the kitchen for prep. the breakfast (with organic and natural products from the village).
