We are located on the ATV route access & 2600 FT to the snowmobile trail. Whether you’re an avid ATV Rider or snowmobiler, you will enjoy the County trail system. It is minutes from Presque Isle, where you will find groceries, restaurants, gift shops, and more. It is also a short distance from Mapleton, where you will find a convenience store, gas station, and restaurant. We are minutes from Quoggy Jo Ski Center and Nordic Heritage Ctr. for winter fun and 20 minutes from BigRock Ski.

Home is a destination for spring and summer fun, fall foliage, hunting, fishing, 4 wheeling, snowmobiling. Wifi and Spectrum TV are included as well as parking for your trailer. Quaggy Jo Lake Road is a dead end road with only a few homes for peace and tranquility.

No smoking or vaping on premise or property.

Please note that there are two flights of stairs to get to this third floor retreat. But once you do, we're sure you'll love it! We try to include everything for your short stay from rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and even a variety of Keurig pod options. There's in-unit laundry, and a relaxing deck space for the wonderful sounds of nature with your morning cup of Joe. (season pending of course :)
