We are within 4 miles of Norfolk Premium Outlets and IKEA, and are within 5 miles to Virginia Wesleyan and 15 miles to ODU. Five minute walk to the beach and First Landing State Park with hiking, biking, running trails, locally owned restaurants, bars, shops, breweries, grocery, pharmacy, farmer's market and yoga studio.

Private beach access, Chesapeake Bay views, and kayaks and paddle boards included. This waterfront home is made for slow mornings, beach days, sunset evenings, and time on the water. My husband and I renovated the interior ourselves with comfort and simplicity in mind. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials, and towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided so you can settle in easily and enjoy the bay.

4 bedroom 3 bath duplex with a large yard, screened porch & large deck This home is in the Chicks Beach area of Virginia Beach or Chesapeake Beaches. less than 500 yards walk to the beach. Nice back yard and screen porch. $125 for 1 pet and $75 for second. 2 pet max. PLEASE NOTE: Saturday check in and 7 night stay required starting June 6th 2026.
