While being tucked away, we are still just 10minutes from Purcellville or Berryville & 30minutes from Leesburg, Middleburg, Winchester or Harper's Ferry.

In the middle of historic horse and wine country not far from Upperville/Middleburg, 150 boxwoods on the property dating back to 1920s..there is also a pool. Quiet and private, near lots of old towns, historic sites, antique stores, with much to see and do There is a main house and a smaller guest house rented as one, but if don't need guest house can adjust price down. Red Gate Farm is a full-service, upscale equestrian farm, containing the Cottage, original farm house and 50 horses & ponies. Convenient to Middleburg and Purcellville, you are surrounded by mountains, wineries, breweries, and hiking, with horses right at your doorstep. All in the beautiful town of Bluemont.
