This guest house has been built and designed by my husband and I. It sits behind our house with private walking/biking trails right out your door. The design is modern with natural warm colors and tucked away in the trees. The loudest noise you will hear are the owls hooting and a faint distant train whistle two times a day. Our mission is to create an atmosphere of tranquility, calmness and peace. We offer mother nature outside your door with easy access to all the activities you desire.

On 14 acres with a brook, it’s a short walk down a dirt road to a historic covered bridge and town common. Fall colors are breathtaking when taken in from the barn deck, while Spring and Summer visitors enjoy free concerts on the town green on Sundays. Lakefront Cabin on Mallett's Bay Lake Champlain

We are a 2 bdrm 1 bath bungalow located in Colchester VT, lakefront on the Mallet's Bay portion of Lake Champlain. There is beach access directly across the street for kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding, and sunset watching. The lake is a bay section so the bottom is muddy, recommend water shoes! We are just a 15 minute drive to Burlington for shopping and dining. There is a small covered porch to sit on and a lake to look out on. We have 2 kayaks and a sup.

We still have a king bed, a queen bed, and the two twins that make up the Dream Sofa in the living room. Pets are still welcome! We have new stuff for kids too! We’re right near the beach and bike path!
