Delaney’s Compound-Deeply discounted monthly stays

Delaney’s Compound Guest House accommodates up to 4 guests. Dogs are welcome with pre-approval & $75 fee (for 1st pet). A small fenced yard keeps them safe! The Guest House was built using reclaimed lumber & other charming elements from the original farmhouse outbuilding (circa 1889). There’s a cozy fireplace for snuggling and a second floor balcony for coffee or cocktails. The front yard has a fire pit and river views. The Guest House is sparkling clean, fully furnished & ready to welcome you!

The renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage sits on nearly an acre of south-facing waterfront property, affording a sense of privacy along with sunrise and sunset views. We’ve owned in the same neighborhood in St. Mary's County since 2005 and are eager to show guests why we love it here. The Riverbunk is located on the Rappahannock River in Colonial Beach, Virginia. The scenic River is home to Eagles, ospreys and great blue herons. The river offers the perfect kayaking experience and for boaters, a boat launch is within walking distance. Fishing, hunting, hiking and sightseeing are popular in this area. We are 420-friendly where smoking is allowed outside. The rural area is perfect for quiet downtime and fun activities.

This tiny home is a newly renovated cabana sitting on a pier. Fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing under you! Enjoy shared use of our private beach. Bikes are available and are stored directly across the street. Go crabbing or fishing off the pier and walk to one of the many nearby restaurants. Check out the summer concert series at the Calvert Marine Museum.
