This is a one level home in a quiet residential neighborhood with a very peaceful atmosphere. Great for large families or a group of people. It has its own large, fenced back yard, for pets (UPON APPROVAL and FEE) and children. There is also a playroom/bedroom available. A park with a children's playground is only a block away.
