The house is a 2 bed 1 bath 1974 flat top A Frame that sits on two acres on the outskirts of Lusby, MD—and a low traffic hour(ish) drive from the DMV. Located right on the water of the Wicomico River with a private sandy beach, The River House will become your favorite retreat! This 5 bdrm, 3 bath fully stocked home has all the convenience of modern construction (including wifi) but maintains the vintage charm of the original property. The acre+ plot is very private with spectacular forest & water views. Fun can be found in every direction and for all ages! It has two bottom floor bed/bath combos, plus a fabulous sleeping loft for the kids!

Immaculately maintained 4-bedroom waterfront home + home gym on Cobb Island with water views from every window! Four beach cruiser bikes & private dock w/ 4 kayaks, to enjoy the peaceful Neale Sound. Views of the sound & the river side of the island. 3 BR are large (2 King beds/1 Queen), w/ their own BA (1 BR w/ BA is on 1st floor, no stairs). Smart TV's in 3 BR's. Great entertaining space!

Fishing, swimming, and floating all on the protected freshwater lake. We have boats for your use, theater space & hot tub to wind down at night after dining on our deck. Picnic at our private Shark Tooth Beach, watch Osprey & Eagles fish the Potomac, and collect 15-million-year-old fossilized shark teeth!

Kitchen includes stove, microwave, oven, Keurig, pots and pans, and other utensils to make your cooking experiences more simple. Note* we do not have our own pier. Please use our fishing rods at the public pier close by!

Perched on a private peninsula, the home features a 160-ft dock for crabbing and fishing, bay beaches, an island, pool, hot tub and endless space to relax by the water. Paddle to your own private island to sit on the beach, swim, or explore. With kayaks, crab pots, beach chairs, and a Weber grill included, it's everything you need for the perfect waterfront escape.

Private Getaway at Four Waters

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We are located at the point where four waters meet. Use the private beach for relaxation or use the private pier for fishing. The water is 5-6ft deep at the end of the pier and can be used for fishing or crabbing. There are 6 adult kayaks and 4 kids kayaks on site available for your use. The large back deck also features Adirondack chairs and a hot tub. We also have a charcoal grill with utensils on site. Charcoal is not provided.

This home is located on one of the best rockfish locations on the Potomac called King Copsico. Fishing species including blue crabs, reddrum, flounder, bass, sea trout and more.
