The Compass South - The Travelers Stay Near TSU

Remodeled 1940s house with lots of charm and modern comfort. The "Compass South", which is one of two units in The Compass, is decorated with a travel theme using unique vintage travel memorabilia and souvenirs from our travels around the world. You will enjoy the spacious bedroom, large bathroom, living room with sofa bed and a kitchenette complete with mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and some snacks, and fast internet. You will be welcomed by Hank and Beulah, the family ranch dogs. The ranch cat, Chris, and chickens will welcome you as well, and you may hear the rooster crow in the morning. No parties. Owners live in neighboring house on premises. No pets. Quiet guests, please, in order to respect neighbors.

The Little Red Bunkhouse is a private retreat located on a 50 acre working farm in rural De Leon, Texas. As our guest, you can relax and unwind on your private deck overlooking nature at it's finest! Pastures, woods, pond, cows, chickens, and wildlife! Gorgeous unobstructed sunsets and a sky full of stars! A country road for long walks! A comfy queen bed, plus a sofa sleeps 3. Private bath with walk-in shower, kitchenette with cookware, WiFi, grill, and fire ring (wood provided).

Feel at home in this 3 bedroom, two full bath home with free parking for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway and street parking as well. This home offers 1 king, 1 queen, 3 Twins, and a sofa to accommodate 8 guests comfortably. It has central heat and air, and a full size washer and dryer and everything to throw in a load of laundry. The kitchen is stocked with a Keurig, coffee pot, and essential kitchen tools and appliances. Pets allowed w/fee. Must message for required pre approval.

Pets are allowed. There is a $50.00 one time cleaning fee. Crate is required. We clean and sanitize the cottage after every guest. Sanitizing the entire cottage, bathroom and kitchen areas, every surface you touch (lamps, handles, light switch and door knobs). (see photos).
