Perfect for visiting parents, UVA chapel weddings, med student rotations, and football games. NOTE: The cottage sleeps five adults and the carriage house two adults. Our newly renovated house, furnished with all brand-new furniture, is located very close to UVA. It is one mile from UVA's main grounds and the John Paul Jones Arena. The house offers ample space for large groups and features many amenities to make your stay memorable, including an espresso machine, a PlayStation 5, Netflix, HBO Max, Prime Video, ESPN+, and other TV channels, as well as a foosball table. Additionally, the house is well equipped for families with children and babies.

Woodwind Cottage is a brand new, beautifully built cottage with living room, bedroom, bath, kitchen and loft. It has charming architectural details and a covered porch for enjoying the view of the woods. The loft has a fold out sofa for an extra guest or private work space. The home has wifi, smart tv for streaming, and a gas fireplace. Enjoy reading in the oversized window seat, rise early to see deer in the yard or, perhaps, a hot air balloon overhead in the spring and fall.

Short drive from great local spots along Downtown Cville, UVA Corner, Monticello, Blue Ridge Parkway, The Appalachian Trail, breweries and local wineries. An excellent choice for hosting small gathering with good yard space and pouch. We are empty-nester professional parents living upstairs in this owner-occupied split-level home. This Airbnb is a private lower-level guest suite with its own entrance, washer/dryer, and no shared indoor living spaces. Please note this is a lower-level/basement-style suite, not a luxury or fully separate apartment. The suite includes a compact kitchenette and compact bathroom/shower. Guests may occasionally hear normal household activity from upstairs.

Our place is a newly constructed barn loft in our 1960's barn. Enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding countryside from large windows and a private balcony. The barn is surrounded by our horse pastures and neighboring fields. Self check in with the key lockbox. This loft is separate from the main house where we live. Private parking and entrance for our guests directly outside of barn loft (this is separate from the main house driveway).
