The Park House is newly renovated and minutes from UCA, Hendrix, and CBC colleges. Located on 1.38 acres, this 3 bed/2 bath home is across the street from Petit Jean State Park and Lake Bailey. It's also walking distance to the Outpost, Coffeehouse, & very close to Visitors Center, campgrounds, & Museum of Automobiles. Gnomes are hidden throughout the grounds & makes for a fun search for the whole family and deer frequent the property in the evenings.

There are plenty of hiking trails nearby. Grill out, make a fire in the indoor or outdoor fireplace, read a book or play some board games. There is Wi-Fi if you need to work remotely but also plenty of opportunity to go off grid.
