A full bath with shower/tub combination, and a half bath, a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Wifi available on two TV's. Parking is available for vehicles, ATV's, and boats.

Little House @ Linden: Dogs Welcome! Smoke-Free!

The tiny cottage is completely private with a dog-themed decor. Up to two dogs accepted; sorry no cats. This is a tobacco-free property and due to host allergies it is unsuitable for tobacco or marijuana users. The Little House can accommodate one or two adults, but is not suitable for children. It’s also not suitable for those who aren’t accustomed to picking up after themselves and mindful of the care taken to preserve precious vintage things for the enjoyment of others.

It’s located on our 13 acre property in New Boston, Tx. With 3 beds and 2 bath there’s plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. Situated near downtown with a spacious lawn for activities or parking, this home has original wood floors, large windows, and an impressive porch. It’s been furnished to be comfortable with a twist of classic charm. The house is located about 2 blocks from the railroad, we do have the train pass by a few times during the day and night.
