The newly renovated Coach House at Hillbank House sits within the extensive grounds of our early 19th century Georgian house. Dating back to the early 1830’s our category B listed property is one of the oldest houses in Blairgowrie. You will enjoy complete seclusion and privacy while still being just a few minutes stroll to the town centre and the numerous shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and other facilities. My unusual holiday home is part of the unique Bridge House built over the River Ardle in k1881. It has recently been renovated to a warm and cosy standard! The Loft at the Bonnington Farm

Close to the amenities of Blairgowrie, the Loft is part of the Bonnington Farm Steading, which is located on a hill top with spectacular views to the south and west. The Lodge, Heath Park

The Lodge is the two storey annexe of Heath Park which was one of the holiday homes of Beatrix Potter. It is within easy walking distance of the rail station and intercity bus stop. A car parking space is also adjacent to the house. The Lodge has been recently refurbished with a new ensuite bathroom and kitchen and new furniture. It is accessed through the main gates of Heath Park which lead to a stone gateway and small hard landscaped area.

'Ericht' Enjoy Hot Tub Views Cabins at the Roost

"Ericht" was completed in April 2022. We are taking bookings now for May 2022 onwards. This is our 2nd cabin and 'Isla' is generally booked months in advance. Ericht offers a cosy, quirky and luxurious retreat. Sitting within our 14 acre smallholding in a rural setting surrounded by farmland with open views of the Sidlaw Hills (and our sheep) Situated between 2 lochs, generously equipped for 2 people for a night or a week.

Millbank Cottage - excellent place for couples

Millbank Cottage is located in Rosemount, a very peaceful place on the outskirts of Blairgowrie. This over 120-year-old building has recently been transformed into a cosy one-bedroom house, with a light and airy kitchen living space. Outside of the house is a two-car parking spot and a large garden.
