The living room has a shiplap accent wall with a queen sleeper sofa across from a 50” smart HD flat screen TV mounted over a smart table/desk with USB ports for all of your electronics. There is a private boat dock and a small boat ramp to launch your kayak. Watch dolphins put on a show almost daily from your lanai. The beach is right across the street!
