This efficiency apartment, located on the ground floor of our home, has its own entrance, a Queen bed, full kitchen, bathroom with a standing shower, living room with tv, community gym, and washer and dryer access, Our pond has bass, so bring your fishing pole, or read a book while sitting by a babbling creek. Enjoy a small fire at the whimsical chiminea located in the patio area.

If you want to escape traffic and people, this is the perfect place. Destin, Pensacola, Navarre, and Fort Walton Beach are a hour drive away. Beautiful local parks and rivers are within 10 minutes. This is the place for hunters hunting blackwater! Blackwater State Forest is steps away from the camper and river, just a two minute drive down the road. The 2022 camper has new linens and pillows, super clean and stylishly decorated. The full-size bunk beds are roomy and comfortable.l country

The Camping Dutchman

Just a few hundred yards from the edge of Blackwater River State Forest, The Camping Dutchman is on one of several large wooded campsites on 14 acres of fully fenced in property. We have a gated entrance and a 1/2 mile hiking trail on property. Hosts live on front corner of the property. Destin, Pensacola, Ft. Walton Beach, & Navarre are each only a 40-45 mins drive and several river accesses are < than 10 mins away, with a couple of creeks <2 miles away. A grocery store is 3 miles away.

Your private suite perfectly situated between 2 beautiful beaches (11 miles to Navarre Beach or 13 miles to Pensacola Beach). PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION FULLY BEFORE BOOKING. This suite is the upstairs portion of our home. It is not the entire house. There is a shared front entrance seperated from main living area by a privacy screen. The entire upstairs is yours. The suite consists of a king bed, bathroom and sitting area that includes a microwave, mini refrigerator and keurig coffe maker.

The unit has a queen bed and futon that lays down to a full size bed. It's very comfortable for small groups. We are real owner-hosts and strive to keep our unit spotless and well supplied for our cherished guests.
