Stoney Ridge Cottage mud & stone (circa 1894)

We welcome you to our rustic, cosy farm cottage (circa 1894) which has been in our family for six generations. The heritage cottage made from mud and stone, has recently been restored and renovated adding a fresh modern touch but we have carefully retained it's old country charm. Our farm is nestled in the picturesque rural Wheatbelt region of Avon Valley WA. We run sheep & grow cereal crops - our family business. We want you to relax & enjoy the tranquility of our farm & country lifestyle.

The Collins York

Take some time off to enjoy a historic getaway in the town of York. Put your feet up and relax with a good book in this gorgeous Heritage listed building built in 1907 by the Collins brothers, or head out for some beautiful views of Mt Brown and long walking trails along the Avon River, followed by some delicious food and drink at one of the local pubs or cafes. The Collins is located right in the centre of town. It is just a short stroll to the local cafes, pubs, shops, museums and parks.

The Mains Guest House - 1 Bedroom - Farm Stay

Located on a small wheatbelt farm 2 minutes drive from Corrigin on the popular Pathways to Wave Rock self-drive trail. The perfect Wheatbelt Weekend for couples and families or great overnight stop when exploring Wave Rock or the Public Silo Trail. Private and spacious queen room, lounge room with lounge, TV and dining table, Luxurious bathroom with bath and rain shower, Kitchenette with fridge, microwave & coffee pod machine, BBQ on the veranda. Feed the friendly farm animals each morning.

Luigi's Place - sleeps six in comfort

Quirky comfortable cottage that sleeps six in airconditioned comfort. Free wifi, wide driveway, equipped galley kitchen, two smart tv's, welcome pack. All linen including towels provided. Please note: the toilet is outside (literally two steps out of the house, under cover), infrequent train noise, steps and a small staircase in the house. No washing machine or dryer. Please do not advertise on social media for a local babysitter to stay at the house, airbnb will cancel your booking.

Peaceful Farm Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Only 8 kms from Goomalling but it feels like 100kms from anywhere. This 2 bedroom cottage located on 250 acres is fully self contained (porta cot also available). Ample parking, no neighbours (the owners live on the property 200 metres to the west). Plenty of room to explore, amazing sunsets, and the only sounds are the birds. A lovely deck to view the open landscape. A perfect location to explore the surrounding countryside.

Secured fenced and electric gated property with undercover parking. Total ground space is 1000 sq/m Peaceful garden surrounds shared with the second unit, maximum number of adult people on the grounds is 4. No amenities for children or infants. No pets (exception is service animals)

The West Wing York WA

Idyllic adults only retreat located on 5 acres, nestled under Mt Bakewell, The West Wing offers a tranquil place to stay. This private accommodation has its own living room, bedroom & bathroom. **NO kitchen** but there is a kettle, toaster, fridge & BBQ. Tea, coffee, and milk are also provided. Quality linen & furnishings have been chosen with comfort in mind. There is a large garden & olive grove to wander in & it is a 5-minute drive or pleasant 30-minute walk into town.

The Old Dairy Homestead

The large rammed earth home with 4 spacious bedrooms and a total of five beds with the master bedroom featuring its own en-suite bathroom. The home is open plan and features a large and modern, farm style fully equipped kitchen that adjoins the family room with its iconic, cast iron pot belly stove to keep you cosy in the colder months and also has reverse cycle air conditioning for the warmer months. There is a central games room with a pool table and a TV.

The Bluebell Cottage

It's the perfect base for couples, families, and travellers attending weddings, hot air ballooning or attractions in the Avon Valley region.

Longhorn Homestead

The Longhorn Homestead is located on Drover's Ranch offering a unique country escape less than an hour north east of Perth. Perfect for families and friends to relax and unwind and reconnect with nature. You can meet our Longhorn Cattle or feed the Emus roaming around on 100acres. From the comfort of the outside deck you can enjoy the picturesque landscapes of the rolling hills and watching the kangaroos hopping across the grass pastures.
