The pod itself is beautifully designed in shiplap wood, the interior offers a cosy bedroom area, a kitchen with smart use of space, a living and dining area with lots of natural light from a panoramic window and a bathroom with shower. Recently extended and refurbished, Hare Cottage blends modern comforts with a cozy ambiance for a rejuvenating stay. 10 mins by car from Tubbercurry, 25 mins from Knock airport & 35 mins from Sligo & Ballina. With it's own access, and completely independent from our house, ensuring privacy, having your own transport is essential due to our rural location.

The Old Schoolhouse @ Kirriemuir Farm

Hello from the rolling hills of Sligo! Our property is a spacious, modern, 1st floor studio appartment adjacent to our family home. It is fully furnished to a high standard with all mod cons. Bright & airy with a beautiful view over mature hardwood forest, it is nestled on a working sheep farm. It is a short 10 minute drive to Sligo Town, 3 minutes to Castledargan Hotel and Golf Course, and 5 minutes to Markree Castle with easy access to upland and forest walks, and world renowned beaches.

Cosy Cottage

Kick back and relax in this calm, cosy space in the rolling countryside and just a 40 minute drive from Knock Airport. For something more lively there’s Westport and Castlebar, with their shops, bars and the beautiful coastline and beaches of the Wild Atlantic Way. The 2 friendly cats, Muffin and Bruce, prefer to live outside but like to say hello. When not away working, I stay in a chalet on a separate piece of land close by but not overlooking the cottage. I do respect guest privacy.

A great choice for a large family group, a group of friends, or a couple. Knock Ireland West International Airport is approx 30 mins away. There are woods, lakes and amazing beaches very close by. Ballina Town is only 8km away. Combine your stay with the perfect pint of Guinness and a chat with the locals, next door!
