Downstairs is a kitchenette with microwave, oven, two ring hob & undercounted fridge with freezer compartment. There is under floor heating or multi-fuel fire (please bring own wood/smokeless fuel). The Byre at Thistlewood Tower Cumbria

The Byre is a cosy 19th century barn conversion forming part of a Grade 1 listed, 14th Century PeleTower and Farmhouse at a small settlement near Highbridge, Dalston Cumbria. Set in a secluded valley with a river running close by. It consists of Sitting room, bedroom, Kitchen and Bathroom. Formally a farming community the Byre is situated in a courtyard of cottages and barn conversions. It is a lovely quiet area surrounded by fields there are walks direct from the door.

It’s a central flat looking over the square in the village of Dalston. The village has all the amenities you need coop around the corner, butchers next door. Dalston chip shop across the road. The village also has 2 pubs, the Bluebell and the Bridge End. CARLISLE is just 3 miles away very accessible with Dalston train station 7 min walk and a bus-stop outside.
