Ob Sommer oder Winter, diese stilvolle Hütte bietet auf rund 50 Quadratmetern die perfekte Unterkunft für vier Personen. Sie befindet sich in sonniger Hanglage. Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. La Baita sul Lago si trova nell'antico borgo montano di Trobbio a 950 mt di quota con una incredibile vista sul Lago di Como. C'è tutto il necessario per passare degli splendidi giorni di relax', immersi nella natura e nei suoi ritmi. Il lago e' raggiungibile in 20/25 minuti di auto, cosi come il supermercato. La Baita si raggiunge solo a piedi in 3 minuti dal parcheggio. ATTENZIONE: nei mesi più freddi la baita si scalda solo con la stufa a legna, non c'e' nessun altro metodo di riscaldamento.

A cozy stone and wood chalet with amazing views of the Apennines, surrounded by nature with a large garden where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

Please take into consideration that the cabin is not for children or infants. Maximum 2 grown-ups. Also, consider, that during summer, on the perimeter there can be up to 6 turists who also share the surroundings with you. It is a secluded location from towns and villages, but not a cabin in the middle of nowhere.
