Our recently renovated villa is located οn the west side of the island. This home has a great seaside view, which you can enjoy relaxing by the pool. Two of the best restaurants on the island are conveniently accessible. Arkasa, a large village, is a short 10 min drive, with access to markets and a pharmacy. Lefkos beach, one of the most popular beaches in Karpathos, is also a short drive, as is a small fishing village, Foiniki, to the south. Both have restaurants, beaches and mini markets.

Il mio alloggio si trova nella collina della spiaggia di Schoinondas, a 40 metri dal mare. Offre una vista spettacolare a 360°. Supermercato,bar, ristoranti ed autobus sono a distanza pedonabile. L'aeroporto è a circa un chilometro. Al porticciolo di Matezana si può assistere al rientro dei caicchi ed acquistare pesce appena pescato. When we acquired the Pura Vida Cave House it was a deserted Gem.. We immediately fell in love with the spot, on the top of a 300 meter cliff - nothing to block your sight but the end of the horizon. We put together a team to reconstruct it entirely, keeping the initial design of the house and blending it with modern touches and technology. The result is a Cycladic beauty, built into the rock, white as can be, to host a couple or a small family, in a fun and elegant environment!
