Set in the beautiful village of Deep Cove on the North Shore of Vancouver, a newly renovated, furnished one bedroom basement suite. With great access to north shore mountains as well as a 25 minute drive to downtown Vancouver. We are a short walk to the beach and the shops of the village. Close access to bike trails, ski hills, and transit. Our suite has a separate entrance but shared laundry. Please note that while the apartment has noise dampening in the ceiling, footfall can be heard.

Yet only a 8 minute drive to Parkgate shopping Centre. Situated at the base of Mt. Seymour Provincial Park, with mountain biking trails. We offer a 650 sf suite , with one bedroom, and an additional fold out couch that sleeps two. Has a full bathroom with tub/shower. Use of kayak and Paddleboard.

Welcome to Lockehaven Living, our recently renovated suite is located on a quiet family friendly street, a short walk to all the quaint amenities of Deep Cove. This area offers easy walking access to a wide variety of activities: hiking and mountain biking in the lush local trails, paddling and swimming at several beaches. The ski hills, golf courses and downtown Vancouver are all a short drive away. Or you may just want to relax in the peaceful surroundings and enjoy.
