We are centrally located to the amazing fly fishing, restaurants, stores and shops, all are a short,beautiful walk away.

Olivia House

Olivia House is located in the quaint village of Steven's Point Pa. There is a large kitchen, dining & living room area and the original farm house features the family room which has been re-modeled but still retains the rustic farmhouse charm. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a large shower. The second bedroom is near another bathroom with a tub. There are 5 twin beds upstairs with an ajoining loft. A half bath is located in the laundry room. A BBQ grill inhabits the deck.

Historic Schoolhouse, River, Retreat, Music Studio

This 1920s Schoolhouse has been lovingly converted into a unique & wonderful inspiring , artsy Air BnB destination , experience , home for large groups of family and friends , up to 16+. Chefs kitchen with 13 ft. dining table. Close to the Delaware river in one of the most pristine & beautiful areas of NYS. The rental also includes use of a music /jam/ recording studio . Deposit Seed House - Apt 1D Brand New 1 BR & Bath

The Deposit Seed House is located in the small hamlet of Deposit NY. This river front community, with easy access to Rt. 17, is well known for its World Class Fly Fishing & Hunting. This 3-story cement block building, built in 1915, by J.J. Bell, to house his seed distribution business - The Deposit Seed Company was converted into residential usage in 1969. This is an architecturally pleasing & unique building in Deposit, which is quite different than your average Airbnb rental.
