The living room area has a small sleeper sofa & a smart TV. The kitchen is full sized with a gas stove and stocked with basic cooking needs. The house faces the alley with 2 private parking spots and is located within walking distance of downtown Dillon, parks and U of MT Western. Fishing & hunting opportunities are within easy driving distance.

Quiet neighborhood, with public lands just across the street great for hiking/hunting. Near Clark Canyon Reservoir and famous fly fishing streams(Beaverhead & Big Hole Rivers). We are only 1 hr from Maverick Mountain Ski Area , Elkhorn and Jackson Hot Springs. We are also near the Continental Divide trail. Yellowstone National Park is just a 3 hr drive and 2 hrs to Craters of Moon. There is lots to do in our area for the outdoor active person or just to relax in the great Montana mountains.

This Mobile Home is clean and simple. It has a spacious fenced back yard for kids and dogs. There is a nice porch for enjoying the evenings. We are friendly and love people. This newly finished apartment is easily accessed off of N Montana St and only 2 blocks behind Dillon’s famous Taco Bus. It is within a short distance to a grocery store, the movie theatre and a quick walk to downtown Dillon. This cozy apartment is a comfortable getaway for those wanting a little more privacy and additional amenities while away from home. This space is smaller, well suited for a couple or small family.
