A tranquil traditional Mediterranean house in Chalki. This spacious condo is located near Chalki’s port, it is accessible by foot and it is above from “Tsantou”, one of the last open access to the harbor (where you can take your morning dive). It features a fully renovated kitchen, a spacious living room, two bedrooms with remote controlled fans, a big bathroom and a huge “veranda” overlooking Chalki’s bay. The patio has a panoramic view of the port, and it is one of the biggest in Chalki.

Kış aylarında ise tam aksine geç soğumaktadır. Villanın terasını çevreleyen incir, sakız, portakal, limon ve dut ağaçları ve etrafındaki diğer ağaç yoğunluğu villanın taş dokusuna ve doğaya çok uyum göstermektedir. Bu villanın Gökova körfezine bakan terası oldukça geniştir.

Όμορφο πλήρως ανακαινισμένο Στούντιο (εννιαίος χώρος), μέρος του αρχικού παραδοσιακού κτηρίου του 1919. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 2 άτομα σε ένα δίκλινο κρεβάτι, έχει ένα πέτρινο καναπέ σε παραδοσιακό στιλ, κουζίνα με όλα τα μαγειρικά σκεύη και μπάνιο. Έχει αυλή, η οποία είναι κοινή με το δίπλανό σπίτι αλλά υπάρχει διαχωριστικό. Βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στην πλατεία του χωριού με τα καφενεία, εστιατόρια και μαγαζιά.
