Please read all the details to ensure that this is what you're looking for. Our property is quiet and private, away from the noise of the city. It's a great place to reconnect with loved ones and nature, but it's not a party spot. The Cottage has 2 bedrooms and can technically sleep up to 6, but that is tight. It would require using the pull-out couch in the living room, which is not private. There is also only 1 bathroom. Although we are on the bay, this is not a swimming spot.

A five minute stroll to Mount Allison University and downtown Sackville. Super cute, super clean, one and a half story home on large fully treed lot. Home has lots of original wood charm. Small town feel with artwork, photos and an interesting variety of books. Oversize master bedroom with two twin beds. Full kitchen, 4 piece bathroom and laundry facilities.
