In the winter, we'll bring you to our lodge over the snow in a snowcat! From the lodge you can hike, kayak, fish, bikeride, snowshoe, ski, snowmobile or admire fall colors of the aspens. Our Nest is the Best

We live in a brand new housing development. The house was built in August of 2020. The area is super safe. There are lots of places to walk and ride around. There is a park and a basketball court right across the street from our house. We are about 30 minutes from beautiful Lake Tahoe and the biggest little city in the world (Reno). We are within walking distance from Walmart, Trader Joes, in&out, Dollar store, Famous Footware, and many more. I grew up here. I know all the best spots.

1BR Condo Americana Village Close to Heavenly

Americana Village is within close proximity of Heavenly Village and Heavenly Mountain Gondola. Americana Village features a heated outdoor pool, a Jacuzzi, a dry sauna, an exercise room, and a recreation area. The resort's solarium can supply equipment for a variety of different sports. Bicycles are available May through October. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
